OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) – Police say an 18-month-old girl has drowned in her family’s backyard swimming pool.
Oklahoma City officers say the girl’s mother discovered her daughter in the pool Saturday evening and began performing CPR, but it was too late.
Investigators say the girl accidentally fell into a swimming pool while most of the family was in the front yard. Police did not immediately release the victim’s name.
